I'm on a mission, a mission to learn Hindi.

About Bangalore

hey everybody,
Right now i'm in delhi with the Davisses.. yesterday i took the flight from bangalore after saying goodbye to all the friends i made.. I stayed with my uncle joel and his family.. I had fun. although i didnt learn as much hindi as i would in jabalpur or delhi, i still managed to practice and pick up some. i also went in field service with the various bethelites from the indian branch office in bangalore. Field service there is like going undercover in a spymovie. Brothers and sisters go quite casually from house to house, hardly ever carry a bag or magazines and the brothers almost never wear a tie. The reason for all of this is because recently some brothers had been arrested for 2 days for going from house to house. luckily they were released. Now, bro's and sisters now go from house to house asking people's opinion about the world around them, and then subtly try to tell them what they themselves think. If the householder shows interest, the publisher comes back later with a copy of the watchtower or awake. So all in all, it's a nice experience to see the witnesses preaching somewhat differently compared to the west.
Bangalore is a nice city. The last time i came (in 2007) it was very congested trafficwise because roads were small and vehicles were many. But now, nearly all the busy roads have been broadened, flyovers have been constructed and highways have been built. As a result, you can get to anywhere in the city quite fast compared to 2 years ago.
Bangalore is also a modern city, there are loads of things to do. One night i went with my 2 cousins sachin & navin gokarting. it was fun. Also, for you ladies who just love shopping, there are loads of malls and markets to buy anything you want. Depending on what you buy, it's fairly cheap.
So now, in a nutshell, you know how i thought of bangalore. In the kingdomhall too, i made many friends. i still feel very sad leaving bangalore, but then i can't stay there forever. So here I am, in delhi, playing with the cute littlel kids over here.
I write so much, now it's your turn ;-). How are YOU doing? Please, always feel free to let me know what you've been upto. Hearing from all my friends and family is very heartwarming...

Wen u talked abt the FUN u had in bangalore i
couldnt help but thtink abt the night at the
BBQ... lol oh i could see the fun alright....
But bangalore has changed alot sinc the last i was
there too.. and fieldserivse was really difficult
4 me... beacuse here in ktm.. EVERYONE listens..
its a pioneer's paradise.. so when u coming???

Papa and i reached costa rica safely, it is nice
to be with gracy and Nick. the f. service and the
cong. is wonderful, but we miss u, we will all 4
return together on the 17th. It is just so nice
here, we hardly want to return, but nice things
are also soon replaced by duty and work, so soon
we will be back all together, we look forward to
seeing u soon, work hard in Delhi for your last
bit of hindi, and do give our love to the spl. pio
bro and sis and family davies and all others.

Its nice to read all of this. Things are nice here too, like you know have my own place now. Had a small accident yesterday, but its okay, dint hurt myself... nice to hear all ur experiences..so so from
central india to south india and now u hav reached
north india.....so u had gud time in banglr and
intresting experiences about field service....so
got load of expereinces to share....well v hav
started having field service after meetings here
in jabalpur ruben....all are doing gud...keep in
touch and and take care..
